Welcome to this stunning location amidst the natural beauty of the Rhijnauwen. With its location on the river Kromme Rijn, it is a wonderful place for a night out in the middle of nature.
You spend the night in the country house or neighbouring annex in a (private) room with bathroom. A delicious breakfast is included. The adjacent coach house is home to Koetshuis café, a cosy cafe and terrace. A great place to meet locals on sunny days. Here we serve seasonal dishes and local treats, such as cake and cookies. Absolutely delicious! The perfect spot to relax with a tasty treat after a walk through the beautiful nature reserve.
By the way, did you know that even the smallest of guests are welcome here? Next to the hostel, you’ll find an insect hotel, specially designed for bees, butterflies and other tiny creatures.

From Utrecht Central station you can take bus 41 in the direction of Wijk bij Duurstede and get off at the Rhijnauwenselaan stop. 400 m from the stop and you've made it.
From Bunnik railway station it is a 3-km walk.
Take the Bunnik exit on the A12 from Utrecht to Arnhem. Follow the provincial road through Bunnik towards Utrecht. Immediately after Bunnik, take the Rhijnauwen exit. After 400 m you will see the hostel.
You can park for free close to the hostel.
You can coast along in a canoe on the 'Kromme Rijn'. How about climbing the renowned Domtoren? Prefer to keep your feet on solid ground? In that case, you can't go wrong with a visit to the castle and estate De Haar!
